Ever since the demo was released, I have worked on making my own training schedules for Football Manager 2012. This is the second version I have worked on and it has worked pretty well for me and given me some decent results.

However, at Vale, as you can imagine, we do not have the most brilliant of coaching set ups so if you could try them for me and report back, it would be greatly appreciated. There is schedules for both first team and youth schedules. If you want any screenshots just ask.
