Career Corner Week 23
Sep 26 2011 08:01 PM | The Pioneer in Career Corner
I'm back from the dead, fully functional and passed fit by the docs following my recent collarbone injury I'm at full typing abilities once more and the career corner has got my look as we approach the closing stages of FM2011 saves.
To start with I'm going to talk about the latest project Rico and weeman have co-ordinated in the TAS: Be a Pro project which has seen fourteen Tasians distributed around the globe. So far we're one year in and the graduates have made a few subtle club changes. To find out more read the thread and vote for the player you think will become the biggest success!
Next on my list of careers to feature is StuW with his career A Journey Into The Unknown. So far Stu has provided some superb updates and twists along the tale before finally settling down with Leicester in the Championship and has already begun work with the Foxs deciding who is surplus to requirements and who he shall be bringing in to help them back to the top flight.
Manno's career features for a second week in a row as he has finally secured a move to Spain with Hercules. Will he help then reach the play offs and push for the top flight of the Spanish leagues in the closing stages of the Liga Adelante. Living the European Dream
The final career to get a notable mention this week if the TAS succession game surrounding the Bundesliga and FC St. Pauli where BerrySI has recently taken to the helm as manager. The squad were approaching the end of the 2013/2014 Bundesliga season and created a tense finish before narrowly missing out on the crown however all is not lost as the team beat Chelsea 1-0 in the Europa League final. Berry has also been busy with transfers securing the signatures of players such as Aroela and Sukuta-Pasu. A congrats to the lads for the Europa League trophy and hopefully next year you will challenge Bayern for the Bundesliga crown once more!
Some final credible mentions go out to the great careers of
Foxo and his European Fairytale.
and Lurkingwithintent with the well travelled The career of Jack Franklin
With just a month till FM12 I'd like to round off our FM11 career corner features and thank all the members of The Away Stand who have provided us with some awesome careers and excellent writing and hope we can see the same contribution and action in the Football Manager 2012 Career Corner!
